Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

2 Cups Flour
1Tea spoon Baking Soda
1 Tea Spoon Baking Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt
1/2 Tea Spoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter (Unsalted) If you r using Salted Butter than don’t put in the salt
1/2 tea spoon Vanilla Extract
1Table Spoon Milk
1 Cup Brown Sugar Tightly Packed
1/2 Cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 Cup cooking Oats
1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Method

Preheat the oven at 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil it lightly.

whisk up the flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon in a bowl n keep it a side.

Cream the butter n Sugars together (with a mixer for about 2 mins) then add Vanilla extract and mix. add in the eggs one by one mixing well after each add.
now with a rubber spatula or a wooden soon stir in the flour mixture, oats and coconut.

drop approximately 1 table spoon the cookie dough onto the baking sheet 2 inches apart from each other n let it bake for 11 to 15 mins.

if you want your cookie to be chewy then bake for 11 min or if you like it more crunchy bake it for 15 mins

you can add 1 cup of chocolate chips or 1/2 cup of walnuts or pecan if you
like an additional flavor.
